Nestled within the heart of Le Palais Gallien Hôtel & Spa, Le Cercle d’Été is the hotel’s summer dining venue, located on the rooftop.
Open during the warmer months from May to September, our team welcomes both hotel guests and outside visitors daily from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM on the hotel’s rooftop, offering a unique open-air experience in the heart of Bordeaux.
L’Olivier
Saint Raphaël – La Villa Mauresque
Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, L’Olivier is the summer restaurant of La Villa Mauresque. Open exclusively during the warmer months, L’Olivier welcomes guests to an idyllic and relaxed setting, where fresh, seasonal Mediterranean cuisine is served with simplicity and authenticity.
Each day, our local fisherman, Julien Loire from Agay, brings in a selection of freshly caught fish, which our team prepares before your eyes on the barbecue. As a result, our menu and daily specials vary according to Julien’s catch of the day.

Le Rooftop des Vagues
Arcachon – Les Vagues Hôtel & Spa
Perched on the 6th floor of Les Vagues Hôtel & Spa, Le Rooftop des Vagues offers breathtaking panoramic views over Arcachon Bay. A unique setting to unwind and enjoy one of the region’s most spectacular landscapes.
In an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, discover a selection of dishes designed for sharing, including charcuterie and cheese boards, spreads, seafood specialties, and Maison Sturia caviar, complemented by signature cocktails and refreshing drinks.
Open from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, every day except Mondays and Thursdays, weather permitting.
