What is CSR ?

CSR aims to better integrate social issues and put sustainable development into practice at the company level.
In concrete terms, it consists of making efforts to protect the environment and taking initiatives in the social field.

Our environmental policy

In 2026, the LBHC Group renewed the Green Key certification for Le Palais Gallien Hôtel & Spa, Le Boutique Hôtel & Spa, Le Grand Large Hôtel & Spa and La Villa Mauresque.

The Green Key label is the leading environmental certification recognizing actions implemented in favor of environmental protection.

Our main initiatives are as follows:

Sustainable and responsible purchasing: In addition to energy-efficient electrical appliances, we have equipped our hotels with dry steam cleaning and disinfection systems, helping to eliminate chemical products and reduce the physical strain on our housekeeping teams.

Water and energy savings: We have installed lighting timers and water-saving devices. We also raise awareness among our guests about eco-friendly practices, encouraging them to reduce their water and electricity consumption.

Staff awareness: Green Key representatives have been appointed and trained in sustainable development issues. All employees receive an annual information update outlining the establishment’s sustainable approach.

Waste management: At Le Boutique Hôtel & Spa, we work with innovative partners to redistribute uneaten food and help combat food waste. In each of our establishments, we ensure proper waste sorting and measure waste volumes with the objective of reducing them.

Our social policy

We claim values of sharing, commitment, transmission and generosity. The sharing of our know-how and skills, the transmission of our ideas and knowledge foster a relationship of trust and allow us to successfully complete each project. The values we embody contribute to a personalized welcome for our guests, including a certain closeness to them, a true signature of the group.

LBHC is also a group in full expansion, which offers its collaborators internal and geographical evolution perspectives. On a daily basis, our teams take care to train apprentices and trainees in order to give them all the tools they need, with the possibility of being hired.
Our new project, the opening of the EHCA hotel school on the Côte d’Azur, is a reflection of our values: to promote the skills of young talents and to have them contribute to the development of our projects.

In order to watch over our employees and their integration, we set up events and team building: real levers to promote team cohesion. In addition, strengthening cohesion through good communication is the objective of the newsletter distributed internally, to allow everyone to follow the progress of the group’s projects.
Our commitment to the environment also contributes to the improvement of our employees’ well-being at work, particularly through the use of eco-certified products that are less harmful to health.
In order to maximize organization and time management, we have implemented a HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software. Thus, certain tasks are automated and facilitated, such as updating employees’ HR files, managing leave, etc. This system offers better employee monitoring, which improves team performance.

Finally, when recruiting, we ensure inclusion and diversity within our teams. In particular, we integrate disabled workers and multicultural employees: a fundamental asset in a group with an international clientele.
